Did you know that OUR health is directly dependent on the health of our earth? And the good news?  When we take responsibility for IMPROVING our own health - the health of our planet improves! Here are some helpful tips to get us moving in the right direction.

1.  Be a smart consumer! Click here to inform yourself.  Put only healthy NON TOXIC things on and in your body and home.

2.  Be mindful of our water! Everything we rinse off our body, wash our dishes and clothes with, flush down the toilet and spray on our lawns ends up in our lakes, rivers, and oceans. If we shouldn’t drink it or slather it on our skin then we shouldn’t use it! Our fabulous filtering technology is wonderful but doesn’t nearly get it all. And please, please remember flushable DOES NOT mean biodegradable! Throw it in the trash!

3.  Buy less, play more! (economists say that’s even better for our local economy)

4.  Walk more, drive less!
