MS Yoga Moves

For anyone diagnosed with MS who wants the benefits of yoga but may be challenged by getting down onto the floor. The chair becomes your mat. Just about any pose that can be done standing, sitting, or lying on a mat can be adapted to sitting on a chair. Everyone is accommodated, as each pose will be presented in multiple levels of flexibility. The class will include breathing, meditation, stretching, strengthening, and a lot of fun – all while sitting on a chair! Please bring a yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothing (no tight waist bands or belts). Gentle Yoga

A yoga class for those looking to improve strength, flexibility and balance.  This class includes a variety of breath work, meditation and postures to improve all areas of our lives.  All levels are welcome.

Cost: $12 drop in or $50/5 week session

Rest, Renew & Restore Yoga

Come back to balance after a long workweek. Restorative yoga is passive and extremely calming to the nervous system and body. This practice uses props to support the body and internal organs.  When the parasympathetic nervous system is activated it helps to lower the heart rate, blood pressure, and restore the immune system. This is a great class for anyone under stress.   Join us to relax, release tension, revitalize, and be happy!
