The teenage years can be a rollercoaster ride of transitions, excitement, and self-discovery. However, as the demands of life increase for teens, this time is often fraught with confusion, stress, and anxiety.
This 8-week program provides simple tools designed to enhance awareness, kindness to oneself and others in response to life’s challenges. Using activities like doodling, music, media, movement, short talks, group exercises, and meditations, teens will develop effective skills to navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease.
In a preliminary research study, this program demonstrated a 32% decrease in depression, anxiety, perceived stress and negative mood.
Program may be customized for groups, individuals, and schools.
