It's for anyone wanting to live in the moment with greater ease, freedom and empowerment. Be Here, Be Kind, Be You is a program that empowers us to live mindfully, compassionately and be true to ourselves and our values.
Life is stressful! We have deadlines, responsibilities and commitments. We also have the non-stop nagging of our devices beeping all day long. On top of all that, we are bombarded with messages from the media implying that we "aren't enough"; we aren't skinny enough, rich enough, fun enough, healthy enough, social enough, strong enough...blah blah blah.
Well, my friends, the stress isn't going to go away but there are simple, fun, ways we can manage the stress. When we know how to manage the stress and it becomes a habit then we are healthier and happier!
In 6 hours you can learn and experience simple tools designed to enhance mindfulness (be here), compassion for oneself and others (be kind) and how to be a courageous leader in your own life (be you). This program includes the concerns of excessive screen time, brain development, the power of neuroplasticity and emotional intelligence.
Participants will experience the techniques to help navigate the ups and downs of life with greater ease. In a preliminary research study, a mindfulness self-compassion practice demonstrated a 32% decrease in depression, anxiety, perceived stress and negative mood.
